Hello and welcome. My name is Eric Weir, and I’m an employment counselor with many years of experience helping people of all ages, occupations and walks of life.

Equally important, I’ve been there. Before becoming a successful job search coach, I was out of work many times - lost in a maze, down in the dumps, stuck in the job search blues. At other times I was employed but felt blah and uninspired because the job just didn't come close to my career interests or bring out my best talents.

As a young adult I spent many months working in a smelly factory doing low-pay manual labour, including several weeks enduring long overnight shifts. Why? Because I didn’t understand how to effectively job search or find the right career. I didn't have the job search tools I needed.

Now that I've learned these hard lessons, I don't want you to struggle like I did. Instead, I want you to enjoy the security and freedom that comes naturally from a stable, well-paying and rewarding job and long-lasting career satisfaction.
